Furnace DAQ System (IDAQ-F):

IDAQ-F is a Microsoft Windows based data acquisition system plus software designed to log, Display each furnace temperature with its different stages and to generate detailed reports for the different stages which will be very useful for various statistical analysis and to improve productivity with uniform integrity. The program is designed for and targeted at, small, medium and large sized process plants.

Furnace DAQ Software(IDAQ-F):

IDAQ-F is a user friendly software that will annunciate different stages with different color so as to user can identify the status by viewing software. IDAQ-F stores the log data in excel which can be like monthly log book. Using simple Thermocouple and Digital input output modules software gathers furnace data hence no complexity of data logging IDAQ-F designed based on Server-Client Interface. Server IDAQ-F software directly connected with IDAQ-F System. Client IDAQ-F software will communicate with Server IDAQ-F. Both the Software can show current status of each furnace
