Leak Tester - Leak Rate Measurement System

"Leak Tester is intended to indicate leak if any hence to ensure the system within tolerable leak".

Leak Rate measurement can be done with following methods

1) Pressure Decay Method 2) Differential Pressure Method 3) Flow Method

4) Vacuum Method

A commonly used leak test solution is air decay leak testing which is a good, economical and quantifiable method of testing, whether a product passes the specified leak limit. These types of solutions can range from manually loaded to fully automatic production test facilities.

ISS has the knowledge and expertise to assist the customer from the basics, in specifying the acceptable leakage rate, or leak limit, then in the design and supply of the leak test machine or test system with both Dry / Wet conditions.

ISS combines standard leak test instruments with Poka yoke systems, specially designed fixtures and sealing mechanisms using the in house design facilities to provide the best solution to suit the specification. This test machine capability is enhanced by our experience in automated production line equipment and process automation resulting in a complete service to industry.

Fuel Line Tubes Leak Testing Machines can be supplied along with Nut Tightening Pokayoke System which will totally automate the inspection system.ISS also expertise in Water submersible or Dunk tank leak testing fixtures (Wet Leak Testing System) which are widely used for location of leaks in complex assemblies and products with air bubbles present around the leaking area.

Leak Tester can be integrated with IDAQ-L software for controlling and logging. Total Leak tester can also be operated through IDAQ-L software. Various reports can be printed for analysis purpose.
