McMan is an integrated product consists of Data Translator (hardware system) and Data visualizer (software system). Each machine should be connected to a data translator which in turn connected with computer. Data translator gets information from machine and operator which is collectively monitor and logged by the data visualizer. Data visualizer has numerous statistical reports which aids management to fine tune and increase the productivity.

McMan acts as a bridge between Machines to Management (M2M). It visualizes the production process by which we can easily and quickly identify downtime and scrap, allowing you to focus in determining root causes and eliminating them.

McMan provides automated, accurate collection of cycle time, run time, setup time, down time, production and reject counts and labor hours that make job costing accurate.
