IDAQ-P - Wheel Press In Data Logging System & Software

"IDAQ-P is intended to measure load (Pressure) and distance traveled during wheel press operation in automotive industries”

IDAQ-P is a microcontroller based system measures the pressure signal, distance traveled signal from in-built transducers and display it in LED display. IDAQ-P will show the distance traveled by the wheel and the pressure (load) at which it reaches the required position.

ISS supplies the IDAQ-P system with IDAQ-P software. Software will log the data during the wheel press operation and generate the report. This report can be export to excel.

IDAQ-P can be designed as per customer specifications.

WPIDLS Software

WPIDLS Software is developed to log the load and displacement data at the time of wheel press in operation and maintaining complete history about the wheel. Software acquires both the data simultaneously and plot graph in online. Maximum of 120 samples can be logged for one wheel pressing operation. Two graphs will be plotted as Time Vs Load and Displacement Vs Load.
